The core of the explore activities is a collaborative workshop with the team in order to create a common AI Use Case Mapping and Roadmap.

This workshop is setup on 3 pillars in an interactive setup:

1.Based on the results of the assessment, a shared vision is created by diving deeper into the needs and desires of the company. Relevant technologies and possibilities are mapped on this vision.

2.Existing external and internal knowledge (e.g. from previous hackathons) is blended with the shared vision in a structured, result oriented way in order to speed up the process and detect low-hanging fruit.

3.The workshop is designed to extract all the info needed to start defining useful implementations in a fun and interactive way.
