The core of the explore activity is a quarterly recurrent collaborative meeting setup with the core AI strategy team. Goal of these meetings is to follow-up all dimensions (data, people, processes, objectives, ec) of the mutually defined AI Roadmap.
In many customers, these meetings are shaped or internally defined as “Technical Innovation Board”. These collaborative meetings are typically setup on 3 pillars:
1.Based on the results of the assessment, a shared vision is created by diving deeper into the needs and desires of the company. Relevant technologies and possibilities are mapped on this vision.
2.Existing external and internal knowledge (e.g. from previous hackathons, pilots, POCs or prototypes) is blended with the shared vision in a structured, result oriented way in order to understand current bottlenecks.
3.Meetings are designed to review in a constructive and multi-disciplinary way the roadmap and objectives as originally defined. Focus is both on the financial outcome of the use cases and on the measured impact on the workforce and internal processes. The focus is not on the IT architecture nor on the technology used.
Timing: Half day/ quarterly basis (dates are planned at the start of the year)
